How quickly can you start a job?
For standard service work, we typically schedule within three to five business days of scoping. Urgent or priority slots are sometimes available sooner — call us to check current availability.
Do you give free estimates?
Yes. Initial scoping conversations and written estimates are provided at no cost. We will never charge you for assessing a job before you've agreed to proceed.
Can I reschedule an appointment?
Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before the confirmed slot. Late changes may incur a small administration charge. Contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
Do you deliver products to residential addresses in Kisumu?
Yes, we deliver within the Kisumu metropolitan area. Delivery timelines depend on product availability — we'll confirm the expected delivery window when you place your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
