We handle routine maintenance, on-site repairs, and specialist tasks for residential and small-commercial clients across Kisumu. Every service engagement begins with a short scoping call or visit so we understand exactly what's required before any work begins. You'll receive a written summary of the scope and timeline before we start, and we don't move the goalposts on cost mid-job. If a task falls outside our expertise — certain structural or electrical categories, for instance — we'll refer you to the right specialist rather than attempt work we can't stand behind. Honest limits of what we do
We deliberately keep our service list to areas where we can guarantee a slate-professional result. We don't take on large-scale construction, licensed electrical installations, or jobs that require specialised permits outside our current certifications. We also don't operate outside the Kisumu metropolitan area, so if your site is more than 30 km from the city centre, we may not be the right fit. Results on some tasks — particularly aesthetic work like painting or surface finishing — can be influenced by weather conditions or the underlying substrate condition, both of which are outside our control. We'll always brief you on these variables upfront so you can make an informed decision.
