Booking time with Echogbeta is straightforward. Contact us by phone, email, or through the contact form and let us know what you need and your preferred date and time window. We'll confirm availability within a few hours during business days and lock in the slot with a brief written confirmation so you have a record. We keep our daily appointment count manageable — typically no more than four to five site visits per team per day — so that each client gets proper attention rather than a rushed pass. Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the appointment at no charge; late cancellations may incur a small administration fee.

Recurring maintenance slots
Set up a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly appointment and we'll hold that time for you each cycle. Ideal for ongoing upkeep of residential or small-business premises.
Priority bookings
For clients with time-sensitive requirements, we offer priority slots reserved within our weekly diary. Contact us to discuss eligibility and availability.
